When you're transforming your property into an AirBnB for short stay accommodation, it is important to show your future clients the best first impression.
We were contacted earlier this month to style this $6.25 million beach house for a complete styling makeover. Our Creations Property Styling team were excited to highlight the features of the property while aiming to make this home look its best and more appealing to customers.
Our vision was to create a perfect weekend escape in this family home, far from Melbourne's busy city life. We aimed to design the home with coastal theme and complement the relax, beach vibes that Sorrento provides.
With shades of blue and green to match the coastal view, we added furniture and arts that would highlight both the interior and exterior features of the property.
Our tip to styling a coastal home is to add oversized lamps and natural materials like wood furnishings and jute rugs.
As part of our Air BnB Commercial Package, we filled up both kitchens and pantry with kitchen utensils and supplies. We also provided each bedroom with a full set of linen and bathrooms stocked with toiletries.
We kept the serene and calming coastal theme all throughout the house. Once we were done staging the property, it was all set and ready to be lived in!
