When I first met Li at her home to chat about her partial styling needs, I had a good feeling that the property will perform well. This 2-bedroom ground level unit in Clayton was well maintained, spacious and modern. On top of that, they had good furniture for me to work on and the property only needed partial styling to spruce up. It was also great that Li started the process early which gave her a lot of time to declutter and pack away her personal items.
