I was excited when I first met the vendor at the property knowing that this property is also under-going some cosmetic renovation to uplift the look and value. A very wise effort put in especially for an investment property. With the target buyers in mind, which is young families and down-sizers, we decided the style of the furnishing should look fresh, modern yet aligning with the existing style of property and light-weighted.
